This Past Week

Last night I was going to blog, but I was just too tired!!!! Anyways, pretty much our friends from Colorado came back on Monday and stayed until Friday morning, which was fun just a little overwhelming. The two older boys, Matt and Sean, both flew back to Colorado and their little sister Laura is going to drive home with their mom sometime this week. Sean has a camp to go too, and Matt just wanted to get home which makes me a sad because I’ll miss him so much… My mom might bring us out in August so we can go hiking and stuff in the mountains so I really hope we’re able to do that!!
Tuesday, July 8th, was my sister’s 15th birthday. Since our friends were here we all went to one of the coolest amusement parks ever, Valley Fair. It isn’t really big and doesn’t have like those super intense roller coasters but it’s really nice. My sister lost our camera though, so I couldn’t take any pictures. I need to get a nice dslr soon or I’ll explode. I have so many sketches for potential conceptual photographs drawn out… it’s just so frustrating!!
Anyways, we went swimming, ate food, went running, played mario kart, hooked the projector up to the wii so we could have like a 10 ft mario kart screen, watched Con Air (it’s such a horrible movie it’s so funny, like bad non-stop action) and Kingdom of Heaven, ate brownies, played with Sean’s bunny (whose super cute but super old), watched Sean’s gossip girl episodes (I know he sounds gay but he isn’t), and slept.
It’s going to be so weird to get used to not having them around anymore.
